Southcliff is supporting the International Finance Corporation  (of the World Bank Group) with  its engagement to together with the Government of Tajikistan enhance policies so as to strengthen the business climate in Tajikistan.

Southcliff has for several years worked with the Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth, the Swedish Post and Telecom Agency, the Swedish Radio and TV Authority, the communications industry and Stelacon to assess regulatory hurdles & achieve better regulation in the Swedish communications industry.
